Exercise
is Dead
looks like a great health and fitness book. What
type of readers are you aiming your book at?
I
am aiming to reach readers that are struggling with their health and
fitness goals.
What
do you think makes a great health book?
I
believe this a great health book because I have broken down complex
science into easy to understand terms so people can learn how to
achieve the body and health they have always wanted.
What
inspired you when writing Exercise
is Dead?
I
was inspired to write this book for a couple of reasons. The first
is I believe there is a lot of bad health and fitness information out
there that is causing people frustration. I wanted to give people
the knowledge necessary to achieve any fitness goal. The second is I
love to share my knowledge, and I wanted to reach out to more people
to help them in their journey.
What
are your ambitions for your writing career? Full time? Part time?
For now, I am a part time writer. I really enjoyed the process of
writing this book and look forward to writing another down the road.
When
did you decide to become a writer?
I
have had the idea for the last for years. I just sat down one day
and decided to actually do it.
When
writing Exercise
is Dead
did anything stand out as particularly challenging?
The
most challenging part was putting my thoughts to paper. Everything
seems clear in my head, but writing in a way to make everyone
understand was a bit challenging.
How
did you come up with the concepts and ideas in Exercise
is Dead?
The
concepts used in this book was a culmination of years of experience
as a trainer and an athlete.
What
do you like to do when not writing?
My
favorite things to do are spending time with my wife.
reading,
learning, participating in sports, working out, and teaching people
about fitness.
